This is a funny RTS game and abandoned, so there is a free copy on moddb for multiplayer only*
BUT you need a VPN or LAN to play Multiplayer since master servers is down.
Luckily GameRanger got this game added. Again BUT, for some reason it don't work.
Hopefully I got a solution to this problem that works for you to.
Sorry the Files I made for GameRanger did not fix the problem, so I removed them :(
So you need to use VPN, for example Radmin Free VPN client
Don't forget to go into Options, Interface and change Network adapter options to Famatech RadminVPN Internet Adapter
* Its possible to play single player skirmish matches. When hosting a game just chose computer and put in your settings, press start and your off.
