If Nvidia folder opens on start up!

You could try the following:

In the registry at
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

If the data for nwiz is

C:\Program Files\NVIDIA Corporation\nView\nwiz.exe /installquiet

right click modify and add the double quotes:

"C:\Program Files\NVIDIA Corporation\nView\nwiz.exe" /installquiet
